Salon Policies 

Appointment Policy: 

WHEN SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT AT OUR SALON WE REQUIRE A CARD ON FILE TO SECURE YOUR SPOT AND TO LET US KNOW YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT AND OUR STYLISTS TIME.

Cancellation Policy:

FOR RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS WE ASK FOR A MINIMUM OF 24 HOUR NOTICE TO AVOID A CANCELLATION FEE. (50% Of THE Scheduled SERVICE).

IF YOU CANCEL AFTER THE 24 HOUR WINDOW OR DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED. THIS POLICY IS IN PLACE TO PROTECT OUR STYLISTS AND THEIR TIME AT THE SALON. 

Late Policy:

WE ASK THAT YOU TRY TO ARRIVE 5 MINUTES EARLY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE PLEASE REACH OUT TO LET US KNOW ASAP .IN MOST SCENARIOS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO TAKE YOU IF YOU ARE LATER THAN 15 MINUTES AND WE MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO INFORM YOU WHEN WE ARE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE AND APPRECIATE THE SAME.

No Show:

NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICES BOOKED. AND A DEPOSIT WILL BE REOUIRED FOR BOOKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. PLEASE RESPECT OUR STYLISTS TIME. TIMING AND EFFIciENCY ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR US TO BEST SERVE AND ACCOMMODATE ALL OF OUR CLIENTS.
